One of my three servers at FDCservers.net is DOWN for more than last 12 hours.

I have written 2-3 emails to the support as well as Petr, but have not received any reply.

Can someone please suggest me an alternate way to contact.

You could try pm'ing him on the board his username is bummer666

It's actually bummer6666 and if you look through a couple of online phone directories, you'll find a phone number listed for fdcserver/kingcomp, just use the address on their site to find it. You could also search for a post by me on these forums listing the phone number. Not saying they will answer the call, but you may get lucky...
