They have one of the most bizarre (and annoying) "user interfaces" I've seen. You use the normal Windows scroll bar to scroll down the page, then when you get to the bottom of the page you have to "mouse over" a down arrow to scroll the rest of the page. You can't control the speed of the scrolling, and if you click on one of those arrows you get bumped up to the top of the page. Yuck.

Yeah, I didn't like that at all. Totally removes the usefullness of the scrollbar! Scrollers like that belong on one kind of sites only, design/portfolio sites.

im testing kikko .... and i must say it's ok so far
i will do the test of how much can their server handle in one day if it's more than 20gb/day im taking dedserver :)
i got mail from them very fast 3-7 mins for response

admittedly, i dont like the site either.
whoever made it doesnt do web pages often.
the script crashed when i tried to navigate the page before it had finished loading, and got stuck in a loop.

i am just checking the prices, but from previous experience, anything too cheap is BAD.

I know my initial post went a little dry so here it is in full.


We were resellers for 4webspace, they went tits up, so we were stuck without any company to outsource our dedicated servers. We turned away quite a few customers after 4webspace got into their network troubles and stopped offering raqs

I found kikko.com though another post on the WHT, successfully setup a reseller account and started off outsourcing, we got in 2 requests for raq4's and next day they said they got the servers all setup and would give me a call...next day (today) they said Cobalt stopped offering Cobalt Raq3's so their order from cobalt came in error...instead of raq4's with 128/256 20 gig hd's they got raq4s with 64 mb ram / 10 gig hd's

I sent off some furious emails and finally able to get them on chat, they again explain and all that, surprisingly i get another call from them and again explain that they got the wrong shipment...etc..

I told him these customers been waiting 3 days for their servers, which they promised 2 days ago....I told him that i did happen to find another host that was able to fu-full my orders and when he gets his act together to give me a call.

I again would like to empasize to put your flags up on this company until they can prove themselves, they claim to have over 400 servers on their network.

Now on a side note...This company and *several* others have been repeating something quite shocking, Since Cobalt has been out of stock on their production of servers, many well know companies (besides this kikkos.com) are considering dropping the cobalt line all together, its not surprising to hear one company, but so far, i have heard 3 echo the fact that since Sun took over, everything isnt really blue on the cobalt sunrise...

I wouldnt recommend them, They didnt show too much orginaization when i contacted them last, maybe they shaped up, but not very likely, it would be good to hear from a current customer of theirs right now
