I'm going to buy 'shared server' plan, but i'm not sure they are really good.

They have fast connections and support but their servers don't come with a control panel for you to setup your accounts you have to pay them to do it for you.

I am considering 123hostme as well. According to their page http://www.123hostme.com/level1-1.html they do now offer a web based control panel.

I would def. get one with a control panel, as otherwise you will be using the command line.
