Hiya peeps,

Not sure if anyone knows why this has suddenly started happening.

I've enabled AWStats in WHM, and everything seemed to be working fine... until a couple of days ago. Now, when i go to the reports for any domain on the server, i get:-

Error: SiteDomain parameter not found in your config/domain file. You must add it for using this version.

Setup ('/home/*****/tmp/awstats/awstats.*****.com.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
See AWStats documentation in 'docs' directory for informations on how to setup awstats.

Obviously, inserting the sitedomain parameter in resolves the problem, but i dont want to do that for each domain on there... Is there a global config file that needs changing? and who can explain why it would work fine and then not??

Thanks in advance.

DM :)

This was caused by cpanel updating awstats. The program now requires a variable within the individual domain conf files to be filled in. cpanel will do this for you, just give it some time.

If you want to correct this immediately, you can update stats per account by using: /scripts/runweblogs username

If you want to update the entire machine immediately, you should run: /scripts/runlogsnow

That error kind of jumps at you doesn't it :) We had it a while ago here with the update to AWStats. The new version is a lot better though
