yes, there is the solution but you must have a proven processing history and do some investments in a company setup and be ready to sign/mail some documents fast. The whole process takes about 3 weeks.

We dont have processing history but we dont want to deal with any controlled
and moreover we will be doing mainly ED's and other popular non controlled meds.

You need a high risk merchant account, but rx is a challenge to obtain.

Pharmacy license, order tracking, how are your products sold, web site? outbound telemarketing? Mmany factors go into the approval process.

Yes for anything RX and being a startup it's going to be difficult to get a merchant account without a 2 week withholding at least. 48 hour payouts are possible for these, but typically only with some history like last 3 months processing.
Banks look for a valid RX license, SSL for the gateway, and 800 number on the web site, and verifiable contact information above all. Also if you state on the site you must have a doctors prescription and a FAX number for sending these in. That "online doctor visit for a prescription" thing won't fly with any of them.
A merchant account is basically an unsecured loan for your monthly processing limit. For a high risk business with no processing history, finding one with no withholding and fast payouts might be very difficult without a great credit history. Non swipe rates of 6-10 percent are typical.
The two biggest problems with chargebacks for that business is many send their shipments by U.S. mail which doesn't track across international borders, and quality control. A survey was done where they ordered things like Viagra clones and less than half the active ingredient was found in samples they tested. This creates a lot of disputes, make sure the quality is there or you could end up on the match file.

You do not indicate in your psot how long you have been in business. How are you shipping products, do you own the pharmacy license, are you a reseller or using a fulfillment house, etc.

We are using fulfillment company for the shipping.
I have been into this industry for past 4 years now.

IF IF all of your documentation is in order you may be able to obtain a MID. Whom are you curently processing with? % of reserve? Chargeback ratio? when do you charge the customers card? you are using a fullfillment house, how are orders tracked? What type of drugs are you selling.
