Well, *****.com had one of the best layouts I ever seen a while ago.. Their layout is still very nice, but I loved the other one

I like a lot of PixelBricks designs they do. Both navigational and graphically literate.

However if you arn't into your graphical looking designs, and on a slow connection (like myself) then you may have a different view point.
