What is the average turnaround time one should expect for this upgrade to be fulfilled? TIA! Pardon my naivete. Does dialtone have anything to do with dial-up, or (more likely) is it the name of an entity? I've been waiting 7 days for these IPs to come through, and it's very frustrating.
