I'm having a really bad experience with internic.ca and honestly havent met a bunch this incompetent since internic.net/networksolutions (unrelated company). I purchased the back-order service on a domain in hopes it'll be up for grabs and I'll be the first to snatch it up.
First they overbill me and I have to fight for a credit.
Then they apply the back order to another user's account and not mine.
Now I'm trying to get a refund or credit towards a new domain but they keep saying "We'll get back to you" or say "we can do that, just reply with your username and password". I swear I'm about to rip my hair out. So many phone calls and emails. I hate it when companies send you in circles. So there goes $50 should have known better. They charge $15 more a year for .ca registrations than canreg. But I thought the backorder service would be a good thing to try.
