Is it me or have other people had chronic problems with Verio's billing?

They cut of my server as requested on March 24th and have still continued billing me (US$570.00) on my card which is on record with them. When I log onto their control panel, my status is still set to "Active" :angry:

My third problem in about a year with their billing staff which seems to completely unhooked with the rest of their company.
