Wouldn't an email have been more appropriate?

I talk to Taylor regularly on ICQ, and haven't had a problem reaching him.

Hello,

Boxadmin.com is run by the same people that do ISpeed.com. I suggest that anyone that plans on using their service do a search on the forums. I have had a horrible experience with them, though others may had had better ones (somehow those people only have a few posts). Best of luck to anyone that uses their services though, I personally would go with MotleyFool who provides extremely similar services at similar prices.

My friend uses there services and does not have any problems with them and they satisfy most if not all customers questions.

I didnt had that much good experience yet,.
I dont want to disclose any info yet however i m trying to email there support for an answer for 3 days in a row now and no reply. Nor support no reply from Aron. If i dont hear from them by tommorowo i will submit full thing tommorow
