Anyone get many requests for these. or have them ?
Is it something that I should look into. I have really never used or had a need for them and I have done work for probably 100+ clients

For basic real audio or video use you can use http streaming. I don't think many shared environments would require a real server. Here's a link to some info on using http streaming.
