LIke if i was to make goggle or googlee or something to that nature would this be a smart move and or legal move at that?

If you dare to do so just to earn money and the original domain has a trademark registered, you may land in to legal trouble.

It's called cybersquatting, and it can be very expensive for you. Stay far away from it!

depends.. if you're looking to fool people, yes (but not with trademarked names)

otherwise.. if you want to attract legitimate interested persons, then get a unique name ;)

It's actually called typosquatting in the domain name industry. But yes, I would recommend staying away too. Not the most decent business practice, if you ask me.
