I am doing a website for a client, who has a website through Vista Print. She wants to keep her existing domain name. Has anyone had any experience on how to transfer from there? I am transferring to 123-reg.

Just make a transfer request from your new registrar the owner has then just to confirm the transfer and you have in your portfolio.

I suppose there should be option availible in the control panel of that domain name registrar.
