Hello, i am an ex customer of "netjaguar", the worst company i ever met. So the problem is i have 1 remaining domain with them. Problem is they closed everything, so now it is impossible to catch 'em.

Domain is registered with enom and they told me they can't do anything and they pointed me to the parent reseller ourinternet.us, ourinternet.us told me which they aren't that domain's reseller, if i make a whois i see which ekados is reseller... but i contacted ekados and they say they are not....

how can i do to receive my epp code for transferring?

without the domain name or the whois output we can't tell you who to contact

forward the responses from the two resellers to enom and provide documentation that you are the owner of the domain (last invoices resieved, ID/drivers license of the owner listed in whois).

What TLD? .com, .net, or a ccTLD?

Finally enom told me if i send my photoid they can send epp code... i think they could say it before

They must be working on the requests only. If you has contacted them earlier you would have answered earlier.
