Got phpmanager a few days ago and no matter what I try I cannot create any packages with the WHM module or when I activate a client WHM does not update at all!?

I emailed support at phpmanager but no answer in 2 days.

I get this nasty message:

Anyone else had the same problem and knows what to do?

You need to place requests in the Requests Forum.
But, if you just posted for help, I'm sure you would get some.
