okayguy 05-25-2010, 11:46 PM Hi:
everyone, forgive me for post a 18+ porn site address here, i am having a argue with the PHOTONVPS support team, it's been last about 2days.
problem is simple, site loading very slow, and sometimes can not open at all since 2 days ago. and the apache status at WHM can not be retrive sometime, i submited tickets, and they replied, but they always saying there is no problem with my vps connection at all, they said already solved my issue, what can i do? i received many complaints from my members. Also, vistors dropped 50% these 2 days.
Please help me test it, browser it , is it fast or slow or very slow????????thank you very much.
warning: this is a 18+ adult porn site

agustan 05-26-2010, 12:06 AM Yeap, it's loading just fine and fast (only took 3-5 seconds till the status bar said : Done).
Here is the result on the bottom of that main page:
"Processed in 0.020513 second(s), 24 queries."
target 05-26-2010, 12:16 AM Now it's loading fine, but when i tested it an hour ago it wasn't at all.
PhotonVPS-Jim 05-26-2010, 01:15 AM There appears to be a configuration issues with your Apache setup. Our level 3 engineer has resolved our issue. Please note this is semi-managed therefore there may be some delay when it comes to application level resolution.
However we strive to meet everyone's needs. In the future simply make it an attention to a level 3 technician since we have multiple level engineers within our organization.
Hoopla-Brad 05-26-2010, 02:04 AM First try it didn't even load, next took at least 5 seconds to get a connection.
Have a look at Pingdoms page test tool.

gabil 05-26-2010, 02:07 PM Do you have a firewall enabled on your VPS ? If so, disable the firewall and make a new test.
PhotonVPS-Jim 05-26-2010, 02:20 PM These packet lost could be settings in your /etc/sysctl.conf where you are exceeding your max_conn settings.
Tim responded to your ticket. If your interested in getting this resolved please contact us.
target 05-26-2010, 02:21 PM Maybe a network problem ?
