I don't have any experience as a customer of their's, however I speak with Chris on a regular basis and he's a great guy.

I could tell you about their network or servers, but I believe it's all on their main page (http://www.radicalv.com). Radical Vision is one of those companies where if you want to be taken care of, have a host that wants to make a difference.. that's the place to go.
