Yes, they are. Enom also appears as the registrar in the Whois.

I have many domains at Namecheap and they are great so far.

my fren complains that namecheap support is poor. Anyone tested their support ?

I've been using them for a few months now and currently have 100 client domains there. Their support is very, fast and polite.

I also have domains at registerfly and Godaddy and really do prefer Namecheap. I think, you'll be able to find a lot of posts on Namecheap here.
