Hi
I need suggestion to imporve filling of clients email which they sent to me or I sent them reply, I wana keep all record for future reference, suggest me best way how to keep record of these email to find them quickly when needed.
I am using Pocomail Software for pop.

I think this is why most people use ticket desks, as everything is organized and past issues are closed.

Yes its nice solution, but all emails are not related to support ticket system, I wish if any customer have any problem/ or I need any record then I can get 1 or 2 years back email easiy which is sent or received by us.

i just use outlook and create folders. Best way I have found so far

I use evolution and have many folders and rules that place messages depanding who is it going to and where is it coming from. Addityonaly it gives you an ability to save your email search results as folder, which can be usefull on occassion.
