I've got 4 sites with these folks so far. I've had a problem with one of the sites being down for 2 hours. They were upgrading their server at the time.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service and price. Their customer service is fantastic, and they offer a very intuitive control panel from which to administer your options. Great place.
