How is human click suposed to work?

at the moment, when someone goes to my site i only ever hear, then 2 mins later, i get a chat request.
this is all that happens..

However i know more people actually goto the site than the ones who ask for support.

However this isnt showing in my HC.

Any Ideas?

It sounds like you didn't insert the HumanClick "monitor" tag in your code. There's two bits of code that go in a page with HumanClick: one is for the HumanClick button and the other is the monitor which shows you who's visiting your site even if they haven't done a chat request.
