how Can I uninstall webmin from my RaQ4.

If it's the package from http://cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net/ that you installed, you can unistall it by running the unistall script as root with this command:
/var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/webmin*

If it was installed another way, then visit http://www.webmin.com/webmin/

I got Permission denied:rolleyes:

You need to do that as root. To log in as root, telnet or SSH to your server and type su, then it'll prompt for your password.
