What I am looking for

I am looking for a professionally designed, high graphic or elegant web hosting templates for sale. On the front page, have it list a "welcome" message as well as the three web hosting packages. The other pages (sub-pages), just have the design without the packages listed.

Budget

Either free hosting for life or $100 dollars.

What I Don't Want

People offering to build me a site and tell me anywhere between $200-$1000. I said no more than $100 bucks. People with no portfolio. People who PM me. Email me @ robert@verohost.com or reply to this.
