I know a lot of people on webhosting talk are professional/semi-professional webhosts. I really just like to tinker. I am in search of a windows host that will let me:

1. Play with .net 4.0 + silverlight
2. host multiple domains (real domains are preferable but aliases are fine, I have 5domain names registered)
3. unlimited subdomains (I just like them)
4. support access db's
5. have atleast 1 mssql db (to play with)
6. have hosted email, but optionally point to personal email server (so I could play with exchange)
7. USA Hosting


My current website pushes <50mb a month (usually <5mb). I really just play around with it, no one would even want to read my stupid site, so low bandwidth caps and low storage space isn't that big of a concern to me. I use email more often than the website itself.

I realize that I can probably host something locally for my needs, but I actually do want to have some sort of real web presence.

I think this should be doable for ~$8 a month with a multi-year contract.

Yes I have been searching through the offer forums. Its somewhat difficult to search for .net 4.0 + silverlight.

I had seen both winhost and reliablesite as good possibilities. I need to make a call and just give one of them a shot. Any other suggestions?

Probably your best bet, both should offer a money back guarantee.
