I'm just wondering what "software" you guys recommend for having billing and helpdesk all in one? So its a lot easier for the user. Please remember this will not be for "hosting" clients but for people renting servers.

It's perfect for keeping track of invoices and clients from both the client and administrative perspective. We don't rent servers but you can modify the variables to suit your needs.

Sorry but I hate modernbill. Took ages to upload on a 56k then it wanted certain files uploaded in a certain way. When I did get in the admin cp it was complicated.

Take a look at perlbill and perldesk ;)

I actually like ModernBill and I don't like PHPmanager... just wanted to make sure that it is the best for what I need. I have also decided that I may expand into shared and reseller markets so I guess ModernBill is good for that too.

What does everyone think about the helpdesk system included?
