So I resell Domain Names and my clients receive emails asking them the above. In the e-mail it displays the Registrar who I'm reselling for.

Now if I have a client that holds a large portfolio of names, they could look-up the Registrar and sign-up.

Do all registrars send this kind of reminder showing who the actual Registrar is?

I'm not sure. When I resold domains with Enom, they never did this (as far as I know). I'm not sure who your registrar is.

Those catering to end users have to, although not sure how they'll approach this for those registered with their resellers.

I'd rather keep their name out of the fray. But they use logicboxes

I can't seem to find where ICANN addresses this

your best bet is to be honest about your reselling since it can be easily verified anyway + provide some added value to go through you rather than your registrar.

Found it here:

Not a matter of being dishonest but one of time and effort to grow a domain name reg business. Seems to make more sense to pay up for a direct eNom account.

While we are very cognizant of a reseller's need for projecting an independent service, this is a process that all registrars are expected to follow as seen in the link you posted. (Registrar Name: IANA_RESERVED)

Is your domain older than 60 days? just remove Registrar Lock from within your account, get EPP and start transferring
