Anyone else had experience with Namecheap's Nameserver Registration taking forever?
I don't have this issue with NetworkSolutions or GoDaddy.

Namecheap takes forever to update the DNS records... jeez... makes me want to move all my namecheap domains away.

I just checked, and we don't have any current issues with nameserver registration.

Nope, never experienced any particular problems either although it's been quite some time past now.

I config'ed 2 domains with custom NS yesterday and it still isn't updated at this point.
On GoDaddy or NetSol I'd already been done within 1-2 hours max (but usually just a few minutes...)

This also happened about 6 months ago on domains I setup at Namecheap then.

Of the 12-14 times I've redone domains at namecheap, I've only had one time it took longer than 5-20 mins for the entire process to get to my server.

They tell you it can take up to 24-48 hours for it to get all the way thru the world wide web. But they've always been the fastest and easiest to deal with from the time I found then 5 years ago to now.
