I have a few questions on running a dedicated server... How exactly do you do it if you aren't WITH the server? SSH? Any help pages on that? I already have someone to do that... I'd just like to be able to do some things myself.
Also, how fast are rackshack servers? Like download rate (From client side, your computer...), anyone have a rackshack server that I can download a file from?
One more question, where can I buy CHEAP, but good looking templates? www.monstertemplate.com or whatever its called is way too expensive, and if they do have cheap(er) designs, they ... well... err, are not very good?
Edit: one more question, what in gods name is this "256k OBC - 100MHz FSB"... I know its a bit of a newbie question, but ... wow its got me stumped

Oh, and I don't see how many IPs you get per server, how much is each extra IP?

IPs is as many as you can justify per ARIN Specifications usually. For rackshack there's a cost if you exceed. It's all on their website.

Rackshack - 8 ip's free
extra ip's $1 per ip per month + $25 setup fee.

To manage the server yes, SSH. You can access SSH using a client such as putty (use google).
As for templates you can browse the related offers forum or http://www.4templates.com/

Where on their website, I searched all over for anything on additional IP's and could not find a thing on it. So, I figured it must be on the purchase page, nope, only members can see additional items.
Do they have a limit to the number of IP's per machine? This would be a major downfall if they do for us..

Thanks,
I guess the bottom line, your going to pay for them over there dearly and that can add up quickly when you need many of them, I guess I'm still shopping ;-)

Something you ought to know is that there is a limit of 32 IPs for each server.
As for speed, they have plenty of it. Back in July we had an instance where a server streamed a (legal, non-adult) file download at 88Mbps for a few hours. It ended up transfering about 300GB of data in a matter of hours before the link was taken down.
I can give you a download URL if you PM me.

Thanks everyone!
And about the IPs, I think they mean $25 setup fee for any more IPs and $1/month for each after you pay the setup fee (I.E. You buy 10 IP addresses, that'd cost $25 and $10/month.)

Correct. The $25 setup only applies once every time you request additional IPs after you have used the 8 free ones. So if you request 10 you'll pay $10/month and $25 setup but if you request 5 and then another 5 you will pay $25 setup both times and $5/month.
