Hi, is anybody else at Rackshack is down? I am down for 5 minutes already. Is it me or is it Rackshack?

Can't ping Rackshack.net from UK - requests time out.

Can you check if you can ping them or 99servers.com from US?

Yes, rackshack is down right now. Someone that I talked to contacted them, and they said that they are working on it. I'm not that upset yet though as it's been the first down time in over a month.

I have been uploading to my new server all day, and have had several minor timeouts + slowdowns. The last 30 min. or so, it seems the whole raqshack network has been down.

I have only been with them for three days, so naturally I am not pleased with this. I hope this is an odd outage.

Yeah, first time in over a month it's been down for me (only been with them that long). It was down for about an hour for me. I can't complain. They started working on it right away...

When it comes to web hosting companies, "it hasn't happened for years" often means weeks or months rather than actual years. :D
