Hello !

I have some problems with one of my customers because he can't open the website i made for him.

He lives in France, Toulon and he uses Orange livebox.

My server is in UK and my domains are registered in USA.

I live in France too and i open without problems all of my sites.

If i change dns in his configuration everything work fine, so it guess it's a dns problem.

The point is i can't go in every home with those dns, so what can i do from remote to adjust the situation?

Should i use different nameserver? maybe creating one nameserver with dyndns or similar?

I am really worried, cause if i don't solve the question, i won't be paid...

Thanks
Francesco

What nameservers are you using?

Have they been published to all the main registries?

How did you setup your DNS Zone? I digged the Domain and I saw that the DNS points to the server IP: 85.234.144.189 and you use ns2 as primary and ns1 as secondary server.

QUERY
www.lemagot.net. IN A
ANSWER
www.lemagot.net. 100 IN A 85.234.144.189
AUTHORITY
lemagot.net. 100 IN NS ns2.studioinventive.com.
lemagot.net. 100 IN NS ns1.studioinventive.com.
ADDITIONAL
query_time :25 msec

Check on the server and on the Domain if the NS are setup correctly with ns2 as primary and ns1 as secondary. If this was not the problem please contact me.

anyway in my control panel i read "Note: The nameservers below may not appear in the same order as you entered them. The order is not important and will not affect your domain name resolution in any manner. "
