I am willing to provide your company's customers support with using the following:

CPanel/WHM
Plesk (limited knowledge)
E-Mail
DNS Issues
Practically anything else web hosting related.

I am a fast learner and so I would pick ensim up pretty easily.

I am currently a sales and support worker for Oria Hosting, but am finding I have a lot of time on my hands still.

I can do a per ticket price of $0.25 or I can work at an hourly or flat monthly rate and handle message boards, emails, helpdesk and instant messaging.
