If you know any thing about why they are down i would love to hear.

Is that a hosting site? Anyway, down here for me, too. Nameservers are timing out according to DNS Reports. (http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=afraid.org)

its not a host. they provide dynamic dns for your domains.
