Hey guys,

bit of a panicky situation at the moment!

My domain name was registered with xeodomains (who I believe were a resellerclub reseller) and everything's been fine for the past few years I've had domains with them but recently they changed ownership and a few things changed. Now here's my problem, they've stopped adding funds to their reseller account so the £12 credit I had on the panel has now become worthless. I tried renewing my domain name on the 28th of April (due to expire on 8th May) and thought everything was fine, worked all weekend and got home to find an email saying EXPIRED: domainname.com has expired and will be deleted in 60 days. Now, it says I can renew it, but obviously I can't, has anyone else been in a situation like this? I need to use this domain name over the upcoming weekend for an event I'm attending and it's also causing havoc as I can't use my email address.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to do? Although I think I may already be screwed as a spam website has renewed the website as you can see at wwwDOTsourcetvDOTorg.

Thanks in advance,

You may move that domain to any other ResellerClub Reseller or ResellerClub itself (answerable.com their retail outlet) and renew it. Its possible till the deletion only. After deletion its not possible to move.

If you have direct cpanel access to it, and you have control still (looking at your post you do) file a claim with however you put funds on your account, then you can go to any resellerclub reseller as mentioned above.

Or pop along to www.publicdomainregistry.com and fill out a support ticket, this is DI/RC.

Empty thread. They have domain name registrar above which you can work with. In any case that is recommended to move to another reseller of them or to another domain name registrar.

Isn't 'publicdomainregistry.com' a scam?

As for getting the domain renewed, I'm not really familiar with that company, but I'm sure if you're willing to fork out another $10 or $15 bucks for the domain renewal, the resller or another reseller or the main company itself should be able to get it renewed for you.
