I am trying to interpret whether that reply was:

1. Aussie Banter
2. An attempt to increase post count
3. An attempt to say “HA HA, I am not telling” with a wink and a big grin to smooth it over

Basically it's a welcome email that helps to familiarize the new user to your web hosting type. I currently have several:

Cobalt (phasing it out)
Ensim
Cpanel 5 (End users love this one).

Yes, however it would be whether Bob wanted to post it or not. Just because you can get something, doesn't mean you should :)

I remember I have seen it being posted somewhere. If they didn't want people to see it, then they wouldn't have posted it up on a public board.
