I'm experiencing major lag when logged into my server (216.74.79.137) via ssh.

I ran VisualRoute (a fancy traceroute program) on my server and it says that there is packet loss occuring on the last hop.

Is this my ISP's fault (VDI.net), or is there a problem with my server?

This happened for half an hour yesterday and then stopped. Right now it's happening again.

errr ... no kidding

This is ridiculous. I have been trying to do work on my machine tonight and I keep having to wait for the packet loss to clear up.
