If directihost.com would have been registered through different registrar the problem would have been the same infringment, but you would have been contacted by a lawyer, registering through resellerclub made things easier, they only had to take the name according to terms and conditions. We signed up using the WHMCS free account, and we could deposit whatever we required. I would also suggest you look into NetEarthOne, who we use for most of our domains. They have very good pricing, and work from inside WHMCS using the provided module. http://reseller.netearthone.com/ Both NetEarthOne & ResellerClub run off LogicBoxes, so the control panel is the same which ever you choose.
