I think SEDO sells fully developed websites too.

I've seen people selling sites on eBay.

Flippa is popular.

The Sitepoint Marketplace has been around a while too.

Oh, and Website Broker is another popular place to sell sites.

I guess you should list your site on a few services, not just rely on one.

research and make a list of potential buyers and contact them directly.

flippa kind of sucks now and there's not too many other places to sell high quality sites.

If it's just a template site you could also try other forums such as digital point

I would just recomend trying to sell it here, allot of different people browse this website. Shouldent be to hard to sell.

I heard sitepoint is good. There are some serious buyers but you have to show proof of earnings or have a really impressive website.

The best place to sell your website is on a forum related to the website.

So if its a web hosting site, sell it here, if not, you will get a higher price elsewhere.

I suggest you try to sell the web site to the group that would be most interested in it. e.g. sell a hosting web site on WHT, and sell an industry specific web site directly to those in that industry's most popular forum. You usually get a better price too.

people have suggested flippa.com to me for selling sites.

My site didn't sell, and in the end it wasn't worth it for me.
