Billing_ We are using quickbooks.
Support ticket will be handled by the company doing our support
Business plan is made up and ready to go.
Speaking of that I highly recommend Business Plan Pro 4.0 for anyone starting up or putting one together for investors. Really was a great program.
I have done hosting before with reseller accounts and always managed to do ok, But now I have the time and money to invest into it. And hopefully I can do pretty good. There is just so many hosts and not a whole lot of ways to be different.

Ouch... Quickbooks. Been there, done that. It's alot more work then it seems. If you have any growth at all you'll spend all your time just managing the billing system.
You might want to look at a more specialized system like ubersmith or modernbill.
Other then that it looks like you've thought this through. Good luck and welcome to the fray. :)
