Our plans:

Basic. 75 MB disk space
Business plan: 150 mb disk space

Also depends on the prices you are going to ask for each of them :)

the biggest plan should have more than 300mb of space though ;)
For your ones listed i would go with
50mb space - 1 GB bandwidth
75mb space - 2GB bandwidth
150mb space - 5GB bandwidth
300mb space - 8GB bandwidth

What are good prices for those packages?
How should you give out e-mails and MySql accounts?

You need to decide who you are targetting before setting prices.
To compete on here the lowest package would be about $2/month - but if you targetted local firms and offered a good service you could go ahead and charge $20/month for the same thing!
Decide your target audience, and make your own mind up about 1. what you can get away with charging 2. How much you wish to charge for your services!!
Nobody can tell you what to charge, you have to let your target market guide you.

Well, actually you need to decide couple of things.
1) Whats your target audience
2) How fast do you want to grow
3) How much support and in what form do you want to offer
4) How much are you going to pay for your bandwidth and servers
5) What extra features are included with your plans
6) How much are you going to pay for your merchant account
7) What other expenses do you want to incur in the near future i.e. advertising, salaries etc etc.
8) Your server set up and how many ppl per server do you want to host
IMHO it is easier to increase the features later on then increase prices or reduce those features :). It is hard for us to tell you how much bandwidth to offer because 1) we don't know how much plan will be priced at and 2) we don't know how much you pay for bandwidth. Some companies can afford to give out more bandwidth while others can't.
How much B/W avalable ??? :D :D

Well I was guessing a quick est.
50/1 $4.95
75/3 $6.95
150/5 $8.95
300/8 $12.50
500/9 $16.50
1000/15 $30.00
2000/20 $55.00
I was going to start out local area consumers, local papers, along with user groups online. Also some of my clients that I web design for.
My merchant account is with Aurthorize.net never used it yet, need to figure how to intergrate it with an order proscess.
Like I said all rough figures, just started this week in all this, stilll vary new.
