I commissioned Vissol at the start of April to do a web design for me.
I wanted a logo, and a web site designed, and coded with a few pages as well.
It had to be valid XHTML and CSS and what not, with a slider, and some other stuff to make it all look nice, within a few days I had a quote, and I paid them, and got a logo mock-up after that.
They also said they have a CMS which they use and they integrate all design made into it, the CMS is quite simple, and easy to use, which doesn't bother me at all. I like CMS's and the one they use is just as good as any other.
All going to plan it would have been finished by the end of the month, and I was very happy with it through the design process, with little modifications.
The design went a little overtime due to some revisions, as well as some browser compatibility issues which weren't planned and couldn't be avoided - not sure of the exact issue but it took 3 or so days to fix, which is worth it unless you want only 1 browser to work and the others to look all jumbled. Also time zone has some part to play as well, but contact via instant messenger helped as much as it could, as well as Sam staying up late and working on weekends, which shows commitment.
The end product looks absolutely great and up to my needs, and after-sales support is also great.
I'm very happy with the design and features, and they lived up to the price tag.
Not sure exactly what to write (never wrote a design company review before), but it's a 10/10 job on all accounts, and I would use Vissol for any other projects I need in the future.
