Hi....
I have 3 questions, can u help me please …
1-what are the parameters that effect transmission time when using different internetmediums and different access technlolgies?
2-could the designed website be accessed using a WAP terminal? justify.
3-what are the suspected communication difficulites when the website is accessed using LAN or ISP and one of the end user technology used such as standard modem,ISDN,xDSL,cable....etc

Just out of curiosity, are these exam or homework assignment questions? They sound like they've been formulated as a quiz or something...

Generally, yes; it's normal for websites to be independent of physical communications methods.
3-what are the suspected communication difficulites when the website is accessed using LAN or ISP and one of the end user technology used such as standard modem,ISDN,xDSL,cable....etc

Yes it’s a quiz, I searched for answers I found each answer deferent than other, so I got really confused.

(( error page - cannot access server –slow internet accesses ))I have no idea why it should be expected that you'd receive an error page on a site just because you're using a slower Internet connection. As long as the initial handshake is made, the page will go through its loading process. It might take a little longer, but that's supposed to happen - it's a slower connection. That wouldn't be a suspected communication difficulty. That would simply be the normal expectation of the consumer using that technology.
So the answer 'none' is accurate.
