Hello... i want to create a new website template. So i am looking for some reviews on companyies that design websites... I dont have high budget so something cheap will be the best :)

Are you looking to create your own template or you are looking to purchase one? If you are looking for somebody to create one for you then you should check out the advertising section. There are quite a few people here that will do the job for you.

I would forget about getting a one off design "cheap" whats your idea of cheap ?

One off designs can cost from $500+

So unless you have a decent budget i wouldnt start to look at one off designs, If your trying to do this on a budget why not consider using a free template of getting a premium one from templatemonster ?

-Purchase a template on http://themeforest.net/ or http://www.woothemes.com/ in case you need a wordpress theme

These are affordable options.
