I will consider dedicated, or shared, hosting clients.

My servers are typically going to be 4-8GB RAM, and good disk storage plans with RAID I redundancy, including free back ups. I have L1-L3 support in place with 30 minute response times, so your clients will be in good hands.

You will need to sign a non-compete in regards to these clients you sell off if you plan to maintain what's left of your hosting business.

I do not need your servers as I have my own.

My servers are DirectAdmin CP, but I can always consider installing CP instead if the client base is right. I also use WHMC for client billing and management. I accept PP as well.
