View Full Version : What do you think of these domain names?

I have registered a few domain names for a book review website and would like opinions on the names.

I love books and I am reading constantly. I read a lot of classics, thrillers, sci-fi, and sometimes, non-fiction titles. I am also into photography and purchase a lot of photography books related to fashion, and black & white art photography.

I mainly want to work on my writing skills and blog about something that I really enjoy. The main thing is for me to explore more books and write about my love of books. I want to enjoy the process more than just being worried about how to make money. If the site never makes money, that is okay. At some point I would like to have other reviewers provide content for the site. Anyway, that is the background. Here are the names I have registered. Let me know which ones you like and if you have any other suggestions. Please note that I am going with brandable domain names and not keyword rich domains.

bookitch.com
bookshelved.com
stuffedshelves.com
readetc.com
readsalon.com
roomofbooks.com
literaryweek.com
bookudos.com
roomofbooks.com
literaryetc.com
bookshortlist.com
bookstacked.com
readcritic.com
nicereads.com
lifeofreads.com

the slogan for the site will be: curating published works of art

I already own all of these domain names. Like most book related blogs, I will have book reviews, author interviews, and from time to time, insights about ideas and the writing process.

Types of books I will review:

Science Fiction
Thrillers
General Fiction
Books that have been turned into movies
Biographies
Some self-help - not that often
Non-Fiction
Photography Books - Mainly visual

Thanks, mrzippy. That is one of the first ones I came up with. A few people that have seen the list like that one, too.

Thanks for the input, david3. That seems to be a crowd favorite. Are there any other takers?

I think bookudos.com is the best one. It will cover every kind of book theme you will have.

Thanks, madlyasterful2018. I was worried that that one might prove to be too abstract. I am happy to find out that someone likes it.

+1 for nicereads. Have you got it registered yet?

silentg, I register all of the names that I am interested in. I would never post names on an open forum like this that I could eventually want.
