Hi.... I am looking for a good file hosting manager/script system. There are loads and loads of them on google but didnt pan out.

Requirement :

(1) Direct File Links (So that resume and direct folders can be opened on url)
(2) Download Counters (maybe log based in IIS)
(3) Automatic file mirroring between 2 servers (US and EU) (Currently have this setup by my own automation software)

I do not need any merchant connections, etc...this is not for paid service.

Appreciate any advices/links
