I have a server on iicinternet.com, unitedcolo, and rackshack. I think they include 400GB with their servers at the price you quoted. They also have an upgrade to 1000 GB for a one time fee of $299.
For the most part the Williams bandwidth isn't bad but not great. Downtime is much better than UnitedColo but still not close to my RackShack servers. They recently have been under DOS attacks and have put UDP filters in place to protect the network. It may get better.
Support in the beginning was nasty. But for some reason they have gotten *much* better. I would rate them much better than either RackShack or UnitedColo now.

I've actually sent them a few presales questions today, as their pricing seems nice. They sent me an IP to trace, stating it would end at the edge of their network due to protection on it, but it didn't, also there was a very nasty hop in the WCG network, from 78 ms to 171 ms in one hop.
I must say they are fast at answering my emails, but they seem to be 'overlooking' certain questions as to their network etc.
