amd3 sucks. all my sites are down, my clients (reseller) are starting to whine, and tech support isn't even anywhere around to straighten things up or at least explain the problem to us or reassure us.

right now i have so little patience if i can get my hands on that stupid amd3 server i'd hurl it out the window of our building's top floor.

Tech support is never available from like 2 AM- 11AM Pacific time.
Alec will get on soon and fix it im sure.

Hey guys,

We phoned ServerHost, emailed them, etc and it took hours for them to get our box back up. ServerHost was a good place when we first had AMD3. After all the money we put into upgrading this server, we still are getting this kind of support.

Status: AMD3 down, wont reboot via APC

1. Nobody would answer the phone when we would call.
2. First email sent at night and no reply.
3. Another email sent asking what was going on. We get a reply saying they had some "miscommunication" and were sending somebody to the colo and they would be there in a few minutes. 4. Server is still down

We will not be using ServerHost anymore and will setup a new server at the new colo for all users to move to.

Hrm sorry to hear about that problem..

I hate when companies cant support there dedicated server customers.. Its like they ignore the phones because they dont want to admit that they dont know what to do, lol..

nobody at the co-lo store? hmmm
wonder if they had time off conflicts and missed coverage.
