Are there any good e-currency exchange websites? I know of ExchangeZone, but they mostly work with on LR to other or others to LR and the processing times take a long time... I need to exchange about $186 from MoneyBookers to PayPal.

Yes, the sites can be easily found over internet. I just slipped the name from my mind but here to just say you that exchanging is against TOS of Paypal and once you loose means you have lost as no one from Paypal will entertain you..So be careful.

The official exchangers do not realize operations against the TOS of the gateways, therefore I suppose that it will have to make a change to X gateway (Liberty Reserve, for example) and later to Moneybookers

FYI you can direct transfer your moneybookers money to your bank in any place in the world!
