Who owns the copyright to the finished graphic? From your website: We will give you two (2) copies of the logo file. One copy will be used for your website and another copy will be for your print media. Original files may also be made available with an extra charge of 20 U.S. Dollars. Note: You will need to request this separately from us.

What is the difference between a "copy" and the "original"?

Also, is this a vector graphic? Can we scale it up/down for different print media without loss of resolution?

Thank you for the questions:

Copy means:

1. jpeg/gif for web version
2. .tiff for hi-res version (printing)

Original copy means:

.cdr or .psd depending on where we work on it.

If you need a vector graphic (scalable) you have to ask
for it in advance so that we can use corel draw
for your illustration otherwise we will be using
photoshop with the image scanned already at
hi-res. Also please tell us what Corel Draw version
you are using. If you need an Adobe Illustrator format,
we can try to convert the CDR file to AI (although
some conversion may not perfectly work).


You own the copyright. we just ask that we will
be able to display it on our website/partner site.

Since this is a promo, no extra charge will be asked
from you to get the original copy.
