I have a couple of sales people and they sell t-shirts on different college campuses. To buy the t-shirt, individuals have to pay online at my store. I want to show the sales people(live) how many t-shirts they have sold so far.

The sales data right now is all on zencart, but I don't want them to have access to all the data on zencart.

How can I just show them (live) how many t-shirts they have sold?

Have a developer code a simple program (id/pw protected access prefferably) that queries the sales in the database.

Unless there is a mod for zen cart, have you checked the zen cart addons area? http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=40

EDIT: Zen Cart Affiliate addons http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=contrib_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=affiliate

You could set up an affiliate program. Then each sales person could see the sales they've made.

I personally recommend Magento Shopping Cart.

Magento is used in a lot of businesses today and is very customizable and professional. Simply Google "Magento".

I agree with HostNN here. Magento allows you to create users and roles. Within those roles, you can set permissions. So, in your case, you would create a role called "Sales Rep", then you would only allow them to view the "Sales" on Magento.
